HAPPY FRIDAY! I’m sleep deprived and ready to give y’all some amazing tunes that were released this week (and some from the week before). This week’s releases are KILLER. Seriously. There’s so much amazing music in a range of genres. And I took the time to listen to as much as I could find and pick my favorites as well as comment on them to make your experience finding new music just a little bit easier.

This week we have new Drake, Zara Larsson, blackbear, Zedd, Keith Urban and a whole new EP from Pink Sweat$ and an album from my favorite girl band, The Aces (hence the blue theme this week). INDIE & CHILL

Under My Influence: The Aces – Daydream, New Emotion, My Phone is Trying to Kill Me, 801, Zillionaire

I love The Aces. Always have, always will. I have been so freaking excited for this album since the first single “Daydream” came out. Plus I was extremely blessed to see them live this year which was a dream come true. This album is a whole masterpiece. Every single song goes HARD. Catch me listening to this album all day today and every day going forward. I want to put every song on this playlist but I’ll control myself. Go check them out for some quality tunes. (Every song they’ve ever released is amazing I promise).

Denial: The Hails

An Indie pop track that’s much more than just an Indie pop track. The Hails once again outdo themselves with this upbeat yet relaxed track that’ll have you grooving around your kitchen while making mac n cheese at 3 in the morning. Or driving through a major city at 3am while your road trip partner is asleep. You know the vibes.

Lady by the Sea: Stephen Sanchez

Got a cute lil film montage on your friends or significant other twirling on the beach towards the end of the day? Or just a cute montage of your friends doing pretty much anything on film? This song has got you covered. Someone get this song contracted for a coming of age film asap.

14 Steps to a Better You: Lime Cordiale – That’s Life, Robbery, No Plans To Make Plans

Do you need some chill beachy music for swinging back and forth in one of those braided hammocks while the breezes passes by and the sun filters through the palm fronds? How about skating down the street to the beach with some buds? Look no further! Now I’ve been extremely excited for this new album because I love Lime Cordiale and I’ve loved all of the singles and it did not disappoint. Every single song is SUCH A VIBE. There are absolutely no skips on this album. Seriously. Check it out now!

The first single from her album coming out later this year, “Care” gives off big 90’s movie montage vibes. Like some Clueless type vibes.

Hide: Emilee

Emilee’s voice is beautiful and just too cute. Plus her voice paired with a simple beat just makes this chill pop song and instant favorite.

I’ve been waiting for this EP from ELIO since I heard her first song and this one was worth the wait. Every single song goes hard, from the emo slow ones to the upbeat dance ones.

nevermind: Valley

This track might be the catchiest song from this week’s playlist. Upbeat and the perfect high volume car sing-a-long song on your way to work.

not like you: Nightly

Nightly always brings the perfect mixture of Pop and Indie that’ll keep you amped but still relaxed. You know what I mean? Check out their new single now!

queen of broken hearts: blackbear

Someone get this song on a tik tok asap. I can see all the girlies now lip syncing “I’m the queen of broken hearts” already. Still a bop tho.

Love Me Less: Zara Larsson

Everyone’s favorite radio pop princess hit us with a fire dance track last week that I just couldn’t miss out on including in this week’s playlist.

Easy: Troye Sivan

My obsession with Troye Sivan continues! This song gives off sad bop vibes with its emo lyrics paired with a catchy upbeat tune. Definitely a must listen.

Brightest Blue: Ellie Goulding – Love I’m Given, Tides, Brightest Blue

This album is a whole masterpiece.

I would’ve never thought to put these artists together but alas, here we are. A casual easy listening vibe.
